The Power of a Handwritten Note

Thank You!With the advances in technology, it's amazing how impersonal communication has gotten. You can email, SMS, tweet, IM, send an e-card, write on a person's Facebook wall – all without the benefit of personal communication.

With those technological advances comes other advances that has improved the personal touch – you can Skype and FaceTime with people thousands of miles away.

But one old school method of communication that seems to be going the way of the DoDo bird is the art of the handwritten note. I don't know about you, but my typing is a lot better than my penmanship, but that doesn't stop me from writing the handwritten correspondence. Granted, I don't do it all the time, but I do send the notes as warranted by occasion.
